Libertia grandiflora, commonly known as New Zealand Iris or White Libertia, is a clump-forming, evergreen perennial native to New Zealand. It grows to a height of 60–90 cm and spreads to about 50 cm, with narrow, sword-like green leaves that form an upright fan shape. In spring and early summer, it produces clusters of large, showy white flowers on slender stems, followed by decorative orange seed capsules. It is often used in borders, mass plantings, or as an accent plant in native and coastal gardens due to its striking foliage and flowers. This perennial plant's attracts bees and butterflies during spring when flowing.
