Juncus edgariae is one of New Zealand’s most common natives, a rush that is typically found in swampy areas, or invading pasture. Good for revegetation of wetlands, riparian edge and wetter areas, but will tolerate dry conditions briefly. Grows in tight clumps with bright-green stems. Evergreen. Will grow to approx. 1m x 1m when mature.
