Euphorbia martinii, commonly known as Martin’s spurge, is an evergreen perennial or subshrub renowned for its distinctive foliage and vibrant flowers. It features narrow, lance-shaped, green leaves with a reddish tinge, particularly in cooler months. From late spring to early summer, it produces striking chartreuse-green bracts with dark red central glands, creating a dramatic contrast. It is commonly used in borders, rock gardens, and Mediterranean-style plantings, valued for its architectural form, minimal maintenance, and year-round interest and attracts bees. Note: The sap can be irritating, so care should be taken when handling. Grows to approx 50-60cm.
